Reflexology is a science which deals with the principle that reflex points in the feet and hands correspond with all the glands, organs and parts of the body.

Through the use of acupressure, these points are stimulated and can help many health problems in a natural way, as a type of preventative maintenance. Not to mention, it feels great.
