Private Yoga Therapy


Meeting with a Yoga teacher one-on-one is an excellent opportunity to explore your practice on a deeper level. The teacher can hold a "clear mirror" for you, reflecting back to you where you may feel "stuck".

You may consider some private Yoga therapy when you have specific or non-specific questions about any aspect of Yoga- whether it be the postures, breathing, quieting the mind, awareness of the energy-body, or any spiritual or philosophical need.

We all adopt "habit patterns" in the body, mind, and/or spirit that hold us captive from realizing our true nature. Sometimes we are recovering from an injury, or have low life-force energy, thus leaving us feeling less than powerful, or we find that our practice has become stagnant. These are all good reasons to explore your practice deeper.

The greatest benefits from private Yoga, is that you have undivided attention during the sessions, and each session will end with clear guidance on how to continue this Self-exploration process of uniting the body, mind, and spirit.

My approach to Yoga is heart-centered, non-judgmental, compassionate and liberating. You will learn how to feel with your own heart, and have faith in the process of life though practice. At everyone's innermost core, we are luminescent and peaceful. I will "hold the mirror" for you to see where this realization is clouded.

Private Yoga sessions will include a variety of practices; including asana, meditation, breath-work, and self-inquiry through discussion. Fifteen minutes will be added to your first session free-of-charge for registration and an intake discussion. Our time together will be a co-creation leading to greater Self-awareness.

A discounted rate is applied to session packages of four or more sessions.

Private sessions are by appointment only, and take place in my home Yoga therapy room.

A 60-minute session is $60. A package of four 60-minute sessions is only $200.

A holistic approach to wellness is advised, and Yoga is complimentary to other healing modalities including, but not limited to; professional massage therapy, talk-therapy, chiropractic, and other energy-healing methods. If you do not already have a comprehensive self-care plan, I am happy to refer you to additional trusted professionals.
